4. COMMUNITY SUPPORT - Goostrey Rose Festival is a Community Event and we need help from as many people as possible in the lead up to Rose Day, during Rose Day itself, and after the event finishes. Please assist us by ticking as many of the slots set out below as possible. Your support will be vital. Volunteers will be contacted by the relevant committee member in June, a few weeks before Goostrey Rose Day. 4. PRE-EVENT SET UP PRE-EVENT SET UP Sunday 23rd June 12.00 - 13.00 - removal of equipment from Pavilion on Booth Bed Lane and loading on to trailer Friday 28th June 17.00 - 19.00 - removal of equipment from trailer and erection of stalls and other equipment at the School Field Saturday 29th June 9.00 - 11.00 – final set up of stalls on School Field
